Zuodong Tan is a photographer and image-maker from China, currently based in Barcelona after nearly a decade of studying and working in London.
His independent practice has gradually developed alongside his experience in photography, fashion imagery, and creative direction. Drawing from everyday observations, unexpected encounters, and personal experiences, his work explores different ways of observing the world and reflecting on the self and its place within it.
Alongside his photographic practice, he develops self-published works that explore how images can be experienced through different materials, formats, and forms of reading.
